Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on E-shop orders of €100 and above in product value (online promotion, VAT and customisation fees excluded).

Delivery Time

Delivery times displayed on this site are estimates.

If the quality of the artwork files provided is not sufficient, the processing of your order may be delayed.

Payment

Your order will be processed once we receive payment and your order information is validated. Our Customer Service team will contact you if needed.

Please note that your credit card will directly be charged at the moment of transaction.

Changing Your Order

Any change to an online order may result in additional costs.

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible to inform us of any changes.

Return and Refund

Any return for refund requires written authorization from PDC. Please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA).

Note that personalised products cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging in its entirety and in good condition.

Authorised returns must be received by PDC within 10 working days from the date of issue of the RMA.

PDC will allow returns in accordance with the following conditions:

• For errors made by the Customer, if orders are returned less than 30 days after the invoice date, transport will be prepaid by the Customer. An administration fee of 30% of the invoice will be charged.
• For errors made by PDC, and if goods are returned less than 30 days after the invoice date, a full refund, including freight charges, will be issued.
